Measure Foundry

Platinum Support Contract

The Platinum Support program for Measure Foundry provides the user with the latest software technology through automatic software upgrades as well as priority access to our highly trained application engineering support staff. Platinum support requests can be made via email or telephone. Academic institutions requiring technical support must purchase the Platinum Support Contract.

This membership applies to one user for one Measure Foundry license and is valid for one full year of free upgrades and technical support.

Platinum Membership Benefits:

  • One full year of free upgrades of Measure Foundry software
  • Priority¹, one-on-one technical support by phone or email

Support Options:

  • Email – Any request for email support must be initiated online using the special Platinum Support Request form. All e-mails submitted by Platinum Support members will be answered with top priority.
  • Phone – Platinum Support members will have direct access to application engineering via the telephone. If there is a wait, the member will be put in a queue for the next available engineer.

How To Purchase:

For U.S. and Canadian customers, Platinum Support contracts can be purchased online or over the phone. To purchase online, click on the Pricing tab. To purchase by phone, please call 800-525-8528 or contact a sales office in your area.

For customers outside the U.S or Canada, Platinum Support Contracts can be purchased through a sales office in your area.
