Question:  DT Acquire 3.x saves bitmaps only in 32-bit RGB format with these color frame grabbers:  DT3120, DT313x, DT3153, DT3154.  This format is not compatible with GLI/2, DTVF and other photo editing packages.  The images can not be opened.  Any suggestions?

 

Answers:  DT-Acquire was written to use the default color setting (32-bit RGB) of those selected boards.  This obviously causes an error when trying to open the images in GLI/2, DTVF or other editing packages.  One option would be for the user to create there own custom application and select RGB 24-bit as the color storage mode.  Another option would be to capture the images directly in GLI/2 or DTVF.  *Updated:03/31/04.
