The computer is not recognizing my DT USB module ("Unknown Device" error msg.). It may have been accidentally connected to the USB port, before installing the drivers.

Uninstall any unknown devices with a yellow '?' from Windows' Device Manager.   Then install the drivers and reconnect the module.  This problem is valid for all DT USB modules including the DT9800 Series (DT9801, DT9802, DT9803, DT9804, DT9805, DT9806), DT9820 Series (DT9821, DT9822), DT9832, DT9834, DT9835, DT9836, and the ECON Series (DT9810, DT9812-2.5, DT9812-10, DT9813, DT9814, DT9816, DT9816-A, DT9817, DT9817-H, DT9817-R).  *Created: 08/03/05
