To purchase Data Translation products online, click the Add to Cart button on a product's pricing page. Online ordering is available only for customers in the United States and Canada. Customers in Europe and Asia may purchase products online through Data Translation's International website. Customers in other parts of the world should contact their local sales office for pricing and availability.

All purchase orders must be accompanied by a hard copy, which can be faxed to (508) 481-8620 or emailed to info@datx.com.
Except for items marked Instant Delivery, most Data Translation hardware products ship within 5-10 business days of the order. Software products typically ship within 1-2 business days if ordered separately. License Keys delivered via email are sent within 1 business day. Software downloads are available immediately.
To return an unopened hardware product within 30 days of invoice date, contact your Data Translation sales representative. You will receive a full refund, less a restocking fee of 25% of net selling price. This policy only applies to hardware products having a published list price on the Data Translation website. Refunds and returns are not offered on software products or products classified as Category 3.
