LXI (LAN eXtensions for Instrumentation) is the next-generation test system platform based on Ethernet technology. LXI's modular, open and flexible footprint is designed for R&D and manufacturing engineers who are delivering electronics for the aerospace/defense, automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer electronics markets.

LXI takes advantage of Ethernet technology; tapping into capabilities like peer-to-peer and network management that were never possible with test and measurement interfaces like GPIB. LXI enables fast, efficient and cost-effective creation — and reconfiguration — of test systems.

Data Translation is a member of the LXI Consortium. Measure Foundry simplifies system integration and will be totally compatible with future LXI products.
